2 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
¼ tsp cumin
1 clove garlic, pressed
120 g greek-style soy yoghurt
a bit ground black pepper
¼ lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
½ onion, large
½ tbsp oregano
½ tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Add 1 clove garlic, ½ tsp salt, a bit ground black pepper, ½ tbsp oregano, ¼ tsp cumin, 2 tbsp olive oil, 120 g greek-style soy yoghurt, and the juice from ¼ lemon into a bowl and whip it all together.Step 2
Add 2 chicken breasts, mix well, and put in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes (or up to 1440 minutes) so that the chicken absorbs all the flavors.Step 3
Pull out the chicken from the fridge and pre-heat the oven at 200CStep 4
Use ½ onion as a base, and insert a stick vertically to use as a skewer.Step 5
Place the base on an oven tray covered with baking paper.Step 6
